More in-depth evaluations may be required to assess an individual’s mental and physical fitness. These evaluations often include record review and consultations. All information is integrated to identify any mental or medical impairments or disabilities that may be a safety hazard and have a potential adverse impact on the employer, employee and/or public safety.
